About
Hi, I’m Enrico and I write poolsolarpanels.org to help you get info to make the transition from a full-time energy dependency to successful energy efficiency.
I started poolsolarpanels.org in 2008 to help people who want to save energy using solar power or deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of starting a PV system.

I’d like to thank you for an eye opening article about Selenium cells in connection with Solar energy. That was a very good and useful info.
(BTW : Nice photo).
I just came across your website while doing some initial research. The City of Vista has the Wave waterpark that it owns and operates. Part of the waterpark has a competition pool that is heated beyond the summer months. I am looking for insight to solar heat the water in this pool. Do you know systems designed for public pools? Do you know of any local government agencies in San Diego County that have systems installed maybe in the last 5 years? Any additional insight would be appreciated. Thank you, Tim Regello, City of Vista Engineering Dept.
I am interested in the Heliocol system. Can you give me an idea of who would install it, and how much of a difference in price it would be if I bought the parts and installed it myself Vs your installation cost.
Thank you,
Eric Michaels
I came upon your website and wanted to know how you would compare Heliocol systems to Aquatherm’s Ecosun systems. I have an option to do either but not sure what the differences are, if any. Appreciate your insight.
Thanks.
